Thinking About Starting a Career as a Public Adjuster?

If you're looking into a career as a public adjuster, you'll find no better place than Florida State Public Adjusters! Our firm understands that we only get valuable public adjusters if we ourselves put in the work to give you the knowledge and skills necessary. We help guide you through the process of getting your licensure, and our guidance and advice is always free of charge. And once you have your initial adjuster's license, you can complete your apprenticeship (as required by Florida statute) under our program to obtain your full public adjuster's license!

Have Your Licensure Already?

If you have your independent adjuster's license and want to move into public adjusting, or if you're already a fully-licensed public adjuster, you know the drill. So rather than wasting your time with the standard corporate-speak, we're just going to tell you everything you need to know.

Unlike other firms, we wear our company policies and practices on our sleeves. Public adjusters with proper support always perform the best work, and we're confident that our care for our adjusters speaks for itself.

Florida State Public Adjusters handles all the nitty-gritty legal details, business administration, office management, and more so that you can focus solely on fighting insurance companies. We also send you qualified leads as they come in. But of course, you already knew that.

Our commission rates are above industry standards in Florida and Colorado. And we're not just saying that to get you in the door. We're so confident in our rates for our adjusters that we advertise them directly on our website for full transparency. Find below our commission rate structure:

Public Adjuster

Commission rate: 85%

Upon reaching certain benchmarks in a given calendar year, your commission rate will increase up to 90% for the remainder of that year.

Public Adjuster Apprentice

Commission rate: At least 40%

Upon receiving your full public adjusting licensure, we automatically bump you up to the standard commission rate of 85%. And if you already qualify for the increased commission rate, your commissions could jump up to 90% for the remainder of that year!

And that commission rate of 40% is a minimum. We trust our public adjuster mentors to make case-by-case decisions to determine if offering their apprentices a higher rate on a particular case is reasonable.
